What materials do I need to submit?

Actors should submit their headshots, resume, demo reel or clips, Actors Access link, Casting Networks link, personal website if available, recent audition history, recent booking history, and current career goals.

The score is calculated using seven readiness categories: Brand Clarity, Headshot Effectiveness, Demo Reel Strength, Materials Package, Market Positioning, Representation Readiness, and Booking Potential.

Is the ARS scoring formula public?

No. The client receives a professional diagnostic report based on the materials submitted. The internal scoring rubric, evaluator notes, prompts, and proprietary ARS methodology are not publicly disclosed.

What happens after I submit?

After submitting your materials, your package is reviewed and evaluated. You receive the selected report type based on the package purchased. Delivery timeline is set by the business owner and will be confirmed at checkout.

Yes. Parents or guardians may submit materials for child or teen actors. The evaluation is based on the actor's age range, market, current materials, and realistic next-step opportunities.

Yes. ARS is designed to be direct, honest, and strategic. The goal is not to flatter the actor. The goal is to identify what is working, what is not working, and what should be improved.

No. Each report is personally reviewed and prepared. ARS uses a structured scoring framework, but the evaluation itself is based on a human review of your submitted materials.

How long does it take to receive my report?

Most reports are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after all required materials are submitted.

Yes. Your headshots are reviewed as part of your overall buyer-facing package. If they are too broad, mismatched, outdated, unclear, or not supporting your strongest casting lane, the report will include that feedback.

You get more than a score. Depending on the package purchased, your report may include strengths, weaknesses, your Critical Career Bottleneck, Talent Leverage Point, representation readiness, booking potential, and priority next steps.

Yes. The goal of the diagnostic is growth, not a one-time score. After you complete your 90-Day Action Plan™ and update your materials, returning actors are eligible for a discounted ARS Alumni Rate to have their package re-evaluated before submitting, pitching, or approaching representation.
